Warranty Information
PLAYWORLD SYSTEMS®, INC. warrants its products to be free from defect in materials or workmanship during normal use and installation in accordance with our published specifications. PLAYWORLD SYSTEMS, INC., further warrants as follows:

Limited Lifetime Plus Warranty on steel signage posts and all stainless steel hardware, against structural failure due to defects in materials or workmanship.

Limited 15-Year Warranty on all structural components including steel protective edging, steel decking, perforated steel enclosures, polyethylene acoustic deck sheathing, and leveling pads against structural failure due to defects in materials or workmanship.

Limited 10-Year Warranty on fiberglass signage against structural failure due to defects in materials or workmanship.

Limited 5-Year Warranty on Skatelite® Pro riding surface and Recycled Plastic Lumber against structural failure due to defects in materials or workmanship.

Limited 1-Year Warranty on all other materials not covered above.
This warranty does not cover:

Cosmetic damage or defects such
as surface scratches, dents, marring, fading, or
discoloration;

Damage due to normal wear and
tear;
-
Damage due to
"Acts of God", such as hail, flooding,
lightning, tornadoes, sandstorms, earthquakes,
and windstorms; and
-
Damage due to "Environmental
Factors", such as wind-blown sand, salt water,
salt spray, and airborne emissions from
industrial sources (sulfur, acids or corrosive
chemicals, other than normal photochemical
smog).
