PLAYWORLD SYSTEMS®, INC. warrants its products to be free from defect in materials or workmanship during normal use and installation in accordance with our published specifications.
PLAYWORLD SYSTEMS, INC., further warrants as follows:

Limited Lifetime Plus Warranty on steel posts, all stainless steel hardware, clamps, T’s, deck hangers, and post caps against structural failure due to defects in materials or workmanship.

Limited 25-Year Warranty on
Playpals® castings and springs against structural failure due to defects in materials or workmanship.

Limited 20-Year Warranty on all Recycled Plastic Lumber against structural failure due to defects in materials or workmanship.

Limited
15-Year Warranty on all perforated-steel decks and stairs against structural failure due to defects in materials or workmanship.

Limited 10-Year Warranty on all rails, loops, rungs, fitness systems, rotomolded and sheet plastic components, Fun Centers, fiberglass signage,
and accessible swing seat against structural failure due to defects in materials or workmanship.

Limited 5-Year Warranty on all Cushion Play®, Border Timbers and Perforated Steel Site Amenities against structural failure due to defects in materials or workmanship.

Limited 1-Year Warranty
on all other moving parts, swing seats, and any other materials not covered above.

Net 30 days from date of invoice to established accounts. All others, check with order.

PlayDesigns is not responsible for loss or damage in transit. Our responsibility ends when the carrier signs the bill of lading, which is our receipt that the shipment was made complete and in good condition. It is the customer's responsibility to check the number of pieces received against the number of pieces shown on the freight bill and our bill of lading. Any shortages or damage should be noted on the freight bill before it is
signed by the customer.
PlayDesigns will continue to improve the design of the equipment available for your play area; therefore, we reserve the right to change specifications without notice.
